• Let me tell you story about a pony with a summerrash and Tar Oil. In begining of June, 20 year old Shetland's pony gelding moved to live with. Apparently pony had suffered from summer rash for all his life. I was astonished to notice after treating the pony with Tar Oil like I have my two other horses, that open sores were closed and mane started to grow rapidly. I planted Tar Oil to insects' favourite places as well: in between hindlegs and underneath forelock. At first large sheets started to form in between hindlegs and those sheets started to loosen while grooming the pony. Underneath healthy and smooth skin was revealed. Same happen to the forehead which pony had previously rubbed like grazy. After about a week dried skin started to loosen up and once again healthy and smooth skin was revealed underneath. I can only marvel the healing effect of the Tar Oil! Unfortunately I don't have any before and after photos, because in my wildest dreams I couldn't see this happening. However here are couple of "after" photos of the tail, which only a month ago was totally bald from the top..
